Waste Collection & Recycling Calendar for Residential Users

• Waste must be placed in tightly sealed bags inside your provided bins. Place them at street level on public ground in front of your house number. (Please bring your bins back inside as soon as possible after they have been emptied).
• If you miss a collection day, please wait until the next scheduled day for that specific material. Alternatively, you can drop off your waste at any of the local “eco-islands” (drop-off points) or the municipal collection center.
• Collection crews may leave waste behind if it isn’t set out correctly. If this happens, please take it back inside and put it out again on the next correct day.
• If your waste is sorted incorrectly, the provider will place a “non-compliant” sticker on your bag/bin explaining why it wasn’t collected.

• Wrong day or time: Your waste won’t be collected. Please wait for the next scheduled day.
• Using the wrong bag: You must use official ESA bags. Please transfer the waste and put it out on the next correct day.
• Contamination: If you put the wrong items in a bag, please remove them, sort them into the correct bag, and wait for the next scheduled collection.

Friendly reminder: All bins provided are on free loan and should be kept in good condition. You are responsible for cleaning them. If a bin is damaged and needs replacing, please call the ESA toll-free number.
