Plastic packaging and tins/cans
This category is for packaging and containers only (e.g., bottles, tubs, films, and tins).
Use the yellow semi-transparent bags provided by ESA.
Please empty and rinse containers (no need for a deep scrub) and squash them to save space!
The bags must be properly closed to prevent waste from being dispersed into the environment and to limit the possibility of them being opened by stray animals.
ATTENTION!
Only packaging and containers!
Put these in:
- Plastic bottles, flasks, and soap dispensers
- Disposable plastic plates and cups
- Plastic food trays
- Styrofoam food trays
- Plastic food bags and pouches
- Bags for gardening, detergents, and pet food
- Plastic fruit and vegetable netting
Keep these out:
- Plates/cups with food residue (put in Organic/RUR)
- Glass containers and large metal objects
- CDs and toys
- Hard plastic (non-packaging items)
- Metals with food residue (please rinse them!)
- Large scrap metal or metal household tools
- Glass bottles and dirty paper
